Patient Participation Group (PPG)
The Boughton Patient Participation Group (PPG) was set up to give patients the opportunity to have their say and to help us improve our services by providing the practice with a critical friend. The PPG meets formally twice a year and is organised by a committee of 6 Core-Group PPG Members (who are also patients), who meet every 6-8 weeks, and regularly with the practice management team.
To improve this contact a Virtual Group was introduced to enable us to ask patients for their feedback/ views on key issues outside of the formal meetings and patients can raise issues/ queries with the group. If you are interested in finding out more about the group or you would like to join, please use the message form at the bottom of this page or contact the practice on 01244 325421 and we can ask the Chair of the PPG to contact you.
We would like to have patients involved from as broad a spectrum as possible, with different needs and experiences, so please do get in touch.
Important notice: If you are contacting the PPG via their email address, please remember they are unable to assist with any clinical or administrative query. The email is monitored by a patient of Boughton Health Centre who is a Core Group Member of the PPG, not a member of staff at the practice.

- There was no meeting in May 2018, as the PPG worked with the Practice to run an Open Day for the first time – this was a great opportunity for us to engage with patients and a more detailed review will be provided at the next PPG meeting.
