Reasonable Adjustments

If you are someone with a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on your ability to do normal daily activities or if you support/care for such a person, you will have the right to ask for Reasonable Adjustments to be made when dealing with organisations such as the Health Centre.  See this page for more information.
