We are updating the way we contact you about your health.
Soon, messages will be sent in the first instance via the NHS App or as Emails.
If you do not use these communication methods, don’t worry, we will continue to use existing methods of communication as well – SMS and paper letters, just not as first choice.
If you have a preferred email address or if your email address is incorrect or missing, you can add or change it from our Website here or by calling in and filling in a form from Reception.
If we have an email address on your record which is also used by other patients then please be aware that others with access to the inbox may be able to read your correspondence. If you would prefer us not to use this address, please let us know and we will remove it from your record.
You can remove consent for usage of your email address at any time by contacting us.
For the NHS App, please ensure notifications are enabled. Learn more about the NHS App here.
