The Boughton Patient Participation Group (PPG) was set up to give patients the opportunity to have their say and to help us improve our services by providing the practice with a critical friend. The PPG meets formally twice a year and is organised by a committee of 5 patients, who meet every 6-8 weeks, and the Chair also meets regularly with the Practice Manager.
To improve this contact a Virtual Group was introduced to enable us to ask patients for their feedback/ views on key issues outside of the formal meetings and patients can raise issues/ queries with the group. If you are interested in finding out more about the group or you would like to join, please use the message form at the bottom of this page or contact the practice on 01244 325421 and we can ask the Chair of the PPG to contact you.
We would like to have patients involved from as broad a spectrum as possible, with different needs and experiences, so please do get in touch.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
