Online Services

Patient Access

GP online services (Patient Access) allow you to access a range of services via your computer or mobile. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book or cancel appointments online with a GP or nurse
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view full GP health records, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

All appointments are clinically triaged by telephone first and can only be booked by telephoning the Practice on 01244 325 421. Please do not come to the Practice to book appointments. Currently we are also unable to allocate online bookable slots for patients to book.

Please note - failure to answer the telephone call twice will result in the need to rebook a telephone consultation.

The GP's and Nurses will arrange face-to-face appointments with patients as required.Patient Information for Face to Face Appointments

The COVID vaccine is slowly being rolled out across the UK. We will contact you when it is the right time for you to come forward, in priority of those who are most vulnerable. Please do not contact the NHS to seek a vaccine before we contact you.
